After completing his legal studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Barcelona, ​​Fernando Garriga Ariño joined the discipline of the Procedural Law Area of ​​the aforementioned University, obtaining a doctorate in Procedural Law under the direction of Dr. D. Manuel. Serra Dominguez.

Combining the status of associate university professor with the status of lawyer, Fernando Garriga Ariño, since 2001, has been developing the practice of law founding his own office, initially specializing in Procedural Law, Commercial Law, Franchises and Horizontal Property and , subsequently, expanding his field of specialization to comprehensive business advice, adding specialties such as Bankruptcy Law, Corporate Compliance and alternative methods of conflict resolution, having become a collaborating professor of the Master's DIN at Esade in the 2013 and 2014 school years, teaching the bankruptcy law block, as well as having become an arbitrator attached to the T.A.B. In 2013, the lawyer Laia Vergés Cárceles joined the firm, with extensive experience in various aspects related to legal advice and business management. After its incorporation, the firm expanded its field of specialization to Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, as well as Family Law. Subsequently, with the incorporation of César Fussimanya Lloveras, economist, in 2020, the firm's internal structure has been reinforced in relation to comprehensive advice to companies in their economic, financial and accounting aspects, also contributing to the provision of Corporate Compliance.
