Martín Poblete is lawyer, economist and investor.

His professional and academic experience is extensive. He started working at the age of 18 at the law firm Centro de Estudios Legales (CEL) (2015-20), while he was studying Law at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) (2014-18), and subsequent master's degrees. Being able to know the different areas of law accompanied by notable professionals in the sector, such as Criminal-economic Law, Tax Law and finally, Commercial Law.

Within the legal sector, he specialized in Commercial Law and in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) (2018-19) completing a Postgraduate in M&A at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) together with the Big Four EY, working in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings, preparation and negotiation of commercial contracts, and legal advice.

He graduated as a lawyer in 2020, after completing the Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession (MUA) (2018-19) at the International University of Catalonia (UIC) and after passing the State Exam for the practice of Law (2019).

To complete his studies in Law, he began a doctoral thesis (2020 - present) by the Professor of Financial and Tax Law, Dr. Joan Francesc Pont Clemente, at the University of Barcelona (UB), on the subject of Responsibility of the Administrators of Capital Companies.

Mr. Poblete, in 2015, began his journey in the world of finance by investing in the stock market, especially in shares, indices and raw materials. He quickly understood the great potential of cryptocurrencies. He stands out for his knowledge in corporate law, portfolio management, knowledge of the world of crypto assets and fundamental and technical analysis of crypto assets.

 

At the beginning of 2020, he formed a team of young investors, who daily carried out their own market analysis, recommendations, projections, training and advice.

And this is how Holders & Brothers was born on January 25, 2022, a company dedicated to the formation, analysis and study of cryptocurrencies; to the provision of consulting services regarding crypto assets; cryptoactive mining activity; economic and tax advice on crypto assets; real estate investment, and within it, the purchase and sale of land and other real estate, especially block or apartment buildings, as well as their assignment or direct exploitation, by any title admitted by law, including their active lease, and their promotion, urbanization, subdivision construction and use; to the promotion and constitution of new Spanish or foreign mercantile companies in any of their legal formulas, as well as to participate in the capital stock of mercantile companies or in their administrative bodies.

Where appropriate and in both cases, the direction, financing and management of the business activities of the invested companies, excluding those activities typical of banking, financial companies or that are exclusively reserved by law to be carried out by professionals or special entities.

Clear examples are the participation in the shareholding and in the Board of Directors and Management of projects such as:
